Mind body connection

In 20 years of practice, the clinical founder of Physical Edge has witnessed the close connection between ongoing physical pain and deep rooted emotions.  Clinical observation has shown that unless these emotions are revealed, the physical pain will continue.

Physical Edge would like to help clients with the emotional aspects of physical pain by providing resources for them to explore. We recognise that we all operate in different ways, and therefore each person may prefer different routes to approach these issues. Below you will find some resources for approaching and dealing with these emotional drivers.

Foundational values

The Founders of Physical Edge currently attend Hillcliffe Church in Cheshire, and have links with HTB church in South Kensington, near to where the main Physical Edge practice is located. It is our intention that Physical Edge operates on a foundation of core Christian values and ethics – “love your neighbour as yourself” and “whatever you do, work at it with all your heart” and in so doing we will endeavour to fulfil our calling to help others using our skills and expertise.

With these foundations, Physical Edge has created a work environment which is supportive, encouraging and focussed on team work. As a team we care about others, and believe in integrity and excellence in all we do, so when you visit Physical Edge you can expect to be treated with respect and kindness in a safe, confidential environment. Your safety is important to us, as is your trust in allowing us to treat and help you. Do please ask us if you have any questions on this or any aspect of our work.

I couldn’t face spending any more time explaining the symptoms, doing the same posture exercises, and having the same treatment with no changes and no improvement. CONTINUE READING>
